28 years ago, Queen Patricia I. founded OWK in a medieval castle in Czech . A unique place where Women rule over men. And they are still here today. When I first discovered OWK it was breathtaking that such a magical place existed, and now as a proud submissive toLady Diva Cane & Ms Cathie LaDivine under the new Womania Empire Province, we all should celebrate that real places exist, and are growing, to reinforce the natural order of things, that Women are Superior!
